Shipping Method and Delivery
1.3 Care Therapeutics, LLC (MediOmega) or agents there of, ship all orders in the continental 48 states via UPS. Please allow approximately 3 -5 days for the delivery of your order.
2.A shipping charge of $7.95 will be added to all orders, unless special expedited shipping is requested.
3.Your order can be tracked by calling 714-327-8420 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm PST.
Product Return Policy
Unconditional 35 day from ship date return policy. This policy applies to all products.
1. Any request for a return must be made by phone prior to the 35th day from the ship date.
2. Before returning a product the customer must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) issued by Customer Service Department. To obtain an RMA#, the customer must call the Customer Service Department at 714-327-8420 between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.
3. All returns must display the RMA# on the outside of the returned package. All returns must include the actual product (either the empty product container, the partially used product and container, or the unused product). All packages must be sent back return receipt through the US postal system or signature required through a recognized carrier (i.e. Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, etc.). 3 Care Therapeutics, LLC is not responsible and will not issue a credit for any returned package lost in shipping and/or not received. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs in returning the product. If the product being returned was the result of an error on the part of 3 Care Therapeutics, LLC or any designated agent (wrong product shipped), then 3 Care Therapeutics, LLC will credit the customer for the cost of shipping.
4. Any item returned to 3 Care Therapeutics, LLC without an RMA# or without the RMA# clearly written on the outside of the returned package, will be refused and returned at the customers expense.
5. Any calls for a return of used products after the 35th day will not be accepted.
6. Unused products, in resalable condition and following all return policy requirements, may be returned after the 35th day with company approval. A $10.00 restocking fee will apply to all such returns.
7. The refund will include the purchase price and sales tax (if applicable).
8. The refund will not include shipping and handling.
9. The refund on an authorized return will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of the authorized returned product at the offices of 3 Care Therapeutics, LLC or any designated agent there of. No refund will be issued, regardless of receipt, on any unauthorized return.
10. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled and may be returned only if in compliance with the Return Policy. Once an order has been shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.
11. If a package is returned to 3 Care Therapeutics, LLC as undeliverable for any reason (except where by fault of the shipping carrier or 3 Care Therapeutics, LLC) the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to reship the product.
Preferred Customer Program (Autoship) Policies and Procedures
1. To receive the discounted "Preferred Customer" price, the customer agrees to receive the product for a three-month minimum.
2. This is a continuous program that automatically ships the order until the customer calls in to cancel it (any time after the third month). It does not automatically stop after the third month.
3. After the third month, if the customer wishes to discontinue their "Preferred Customer Program" they must call 714-327-8420 between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST Monday through Friday. Only when the customer calls in to cancel, within the guidelines stated in the "Preferred Customer Program" policy, will the "Preferred Customer Program" discontinue.
4. All calls to change or cancel the customer’s "Preferred Customer Program" must occur at least (5) five business days prior to their ship date to ensure changes or cancellations are made for that month. Any calls to change or cancel within (5) business days from the ship date will occur for the following month. Weekends and holidays are NOT considered business days.
5. The customer can upgrade or add to their "Preferred Customer" order at any time during the first three months. The customer can change their initial product order any time after the first three months. The customer can only make one change to their order per calendar month. To reflect on the next order shipment, all changes must be made at least five business days prior to the ship date of their order. Changes (to an order, shipping address, billing address, credit card, etc) can be made by calling 714-327-8420 between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST Monday through Friday.
6. Any cancellation of a "Preferred Customer Program" prior to the 3rd month will result in a surcharge of the difference between the charged "Preferred Customer" discounted price (for each product) and the regular retail price (for each product) for each month shipped (i.e. cancel after 1 month = 1 surcharge per product, cancel after 2 months = 2 surcharges per product).

8. This program will operate using credit or debit cards only (displaying the Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logos). No checks, cash or money orders will be accepted for the "Preferred Customer Program."
